grey is good, ill bet ur using stocks too which is also cool.
seems like u like ur tags big but that seems like a common thing in lots of peoples work.
only thing i could nit pick is it seems ur losing ur colors vibrancy somewhere in ur process. dunno if thats ur choice, or if ur using low res to start or to save.
either way the blending is good, u could add a little bit of light to the back of marcus to add a little more depth but its good work.
