Does anyone use the alternate control scheme. How long does it take to master and what are the advantages, as i am thinking about switching and have only ever used default in the whole series thus far

The advantages would be for wall bouncing you will be using (a) button to slide into walls (x) button to run and what this does for ya u don't roll when trying to bounce u only slide I'll put a link to a video on utube

i tried it. artic zyn on youtube uses it religiously. i find it really hard to use, and also it seemed to me that the slide to cover didn't work from as far as the regular control scheme. definitely try it though, but you gotta spend time on it before you give up/

I tried it a bit earlier found it pretty hard to use! Takes time I guess. I found the range didn't seem as far aswell as you said tomgun

Ya it takes a bit to get use to I think it's the same distance
Default ur just double tapping A so ur running into ur slide it kinda glitches
So u have to hold X than A to run and slide I don't know if that makes any sense and u guys probably already know just trying to help
